The story so far
I grew up within a strong farming family in a community that always supported what was on its doorstep. With recipes and cooking skills passed down the generations I am fortunate enough to be able to continue to use the highest quality ingredients, from beef and dairy from our farm to excellent locally-sourced produce wherever possible. I take pride in knowing the provenance of your food and how it is prepared.

Totally self-contained and kitted out to serve barista-style hot beverages, cold drinks and a range of hot and cold foods such as bacon sandwiches, hot dogs, cakes etc, we can bring McIntosh Nosh to your event.
